disable print-screen

Hello

Per security requirements, we have been asked to disable print screen option for all users . How can I do that ? I do have window 2003 domain but i could not find any option in group policy.

Any help would be appreciated.

We do not want users to take screenshots of data since they work on NPI.  also is there any way to disable copy/paste function only on specific websites ?

Also, don't forget just about every single cell phone out there now has a camera on it and they take pretty decent and readable pictures of a computer screen, which they can just txt to themselves or someone else easily enough...  Not to mention thumb drives, etc. etc.

You can also disable it via a registry addition. This would allow you to push it out via a scipt and add it to the registry of remote computers. Do this however you already do others. The target pc will need to be restarted before it take affect. The following details how to impleement the change on an individual pc for testing if you like.

Open registry editor and navigate to the folling key:
HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout

4. On the Edit menu, click Add Value, type in "Scancode Map" (without the
quotation marks), click REG_BINARY as the Data Type, and then click OK.

5. Type "0000000000000000040000002AE037E0000037E00000540000000000" (without
the quotation marks) in the Data field, and then click OK. (Just copy between the quotes and paste)

6. Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
