I have found many articles on promoting Win2k8 R2 to a DC in a Win2k3 environment, and I understand the process is relatively simple. &nbsp;I haven't seen any mention of promoting a Win2k8 server within a Win2000 environment, however. &nbsp;Is there any additional issues I should be aware of?<br />

(This domain is comprised mostly of Win2k3/Win2k8 servers, with the exception of the current domain controller. &nbsp;It is still Win2000.)<br />
