You have two possibilities:

Client VPN Connection
This is a normal vpn connection provided by you tmg server. When using this each client has to conenct by itelsf to the main office

Site to Site VPN Connection
A site to site vpn connection is a static vpn tunnel between two offices. You need a VPN endpoint on each site. In your main office you 've a tmg server and in you branch office you should need also a tmg or other component like cisco pix. Advantage is that there is a static connection between the sites

Adding to what Merowinger mentioned. Opt for a Site to Site connection but it is more easier to manage administration wise. You can go for a Site to Site Pure IPSEC tunnel which is more easier to setup, is secure and is compatible with other hardware firewall devices too. like CISCO\SonicWall etc.
