I am getting  the following error message from Ciscoworks when trying to run a SNMP Walk.

"Failed to snmpwalk the device. Please check your community string and stating OID, and try again"

Question" what is starting OID. How can I find it out?

It's the OID of the device. But if you put the correct read and r/w community strings in your credentials it should figure it out on its own. Have you configured the device for snmp?
