Jagged edges on rotated jpg's in Flash CS4

Hi guys,

I have a problem with flash putting jagged edges on my jpegs which I have converted to movie clips and put into the flash movie and animated the rotation.

How do I stop flash from doing this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I see very little jaggies when rotating with AS onEnterFrame, post an example .swf

Try putting smoothing=true on the picture object. If that doesn't work, create a bitmapdata object, draw your image on it, create a bitmap container and put smoothing on that. Then you can replace your jpg with the smoothed bitmap.
