Can you do the testexchangeconnectivity test with manual settings (no autodiscover)?
Are you performing the test against a new mailbox with at least one item in it? i.e. an account/mailbox that you can delete easily after performing the tests? Is it a standard user which is only a member of "Domain Users" and no other high up groups like "domain admins"?
ASKER
This was the issue. Needed to check the box for inheritance in ADSIEdit for the domain admins.
