"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A couple of possible fixes:

Otherwise, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Client Access on the afflicted machines.

We are attempting to call the client access data transfer command from our iseries AS/400 using "RUNRMTCMD".  We call a batch file on the PC.  The batch file, when run from the PC, works fine.  It pulls the file from the AS/400 and loads it into a file on the PC.  When we attempt to call the batch job from the AS/400, we get the CWBLM0011 error rc=6211.  We have made various attempts to solve this problem, but we're not up to it!!  Suggestions would be apprecaited. . . . The Windows user profile that the remote command is running under probably doesn't have doesn't have adequate authority.  Temporarily make that user a member of the local Administrators group on that PC and see what happens.

If you need more help, please open another question.  Make sure and open it in an AS/400 zone, and I will see it and respond.
