Word 2007 Prompting for fillin at print - header only

Fillin fields have been placed in a header. When printing user is prompted to update fields again.Body does not prompt as "Update fields before printing" in word options is unchecked. Is there a way to stop this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The workaround for this is to replace the Fill-in fields in the header with a combination of ASK and REF fields: Put the ASK fields in the body of the document and the REF fields (that display the contents of the bookmark populated by the ASK field) in the header.

I see that this has been asked before on EE: See the thread and detailed solution here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Office_Suites/MS_Office/Word/Q_24113149.html
