Snow Leopard ICal Sync with Exchange 2003

Is there a Caldav connector available for Exchange 2003?  I am attempting to configure snow leopard Ical to sync directly with Exchange 2003.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here is a page that talks about attempts to get this to work.  As far as I know, it's not possible.

The short answer, as esmith69 state: No.

iCal can be used with Exchange 2007+ from 10.6 and up.
Else, you need to use the 'old way' Entourage... not a great solution, but it could work.
Entourage can use iSync to put the data into iCal, but be warned: it can mess data up (at least, don't try to sync two computers via MobileMe on top!)

You have two option, that would work Nice:
1: Upgrade to Exchange 2007+
2: Change to something like Kerio Connect (or maybe Zimbra?)
