TFS customer support product smilar to Microsoft Connect

Hi, we are looking for a product or a set of products that we can use to for issues tracking, request new features, ask questions ..etc.

there are so many issues tracking systems, like bugzilla.
I really would love to have a product like Microsoft Connect

customers, can issue bugs, request features and have discussions.

it will be super great if this product can also be integrated to our Team Foundation Server.
we are small company and we prefer to find free solution, but if the price is reasonable for us we will go for a commercial product.

I suppose the Work item features for TFS don't suit you ?
we have it here utilized as our bug tracking system & our stakeholders use it all the time to log requests, bug fixes, etc.. through an outlook addin or project portal.
comes already built in into your TFS .
if you are an MSDN subscriber, I would suggest you take a look at Microsoft Customer care framework

 I am installing the MS customer care framework right now. to see what I can do with it.
TFS work items is not enough .. when like to use something that allow our customers and partners also to request new features for example, TFS works fine internally to track bugs and assign tasks.

I am also checking TFS web access, looks much better the project portal (sharepoint based)
I guess the customer care framework might help if we are planing to develop our own customer helpdesk that will be integrated to TFS.  of course we rather look for an existing product first.

I will check the framework anyhow and get back to you..

TFS has no good way to allow our clients to login and create issues.
does not have the customization abilities that JIRA has.
