GWT tutorial from google

I am running through the GWT tutorial using eclipse and I seem to have run into a slight problem I think hopefully.

Its in the "Deploy to App Engine" section I follow the instruction until I come to the stage indicated from the attached picture but I dont seem to have the option of clicking ok. See the error on top in red? What am I doing wrong?

Ah I think I see, but surely something like this would have been mentioned in the tutorial.

So if I am understanding you both correctly I need to add an xml config file to my web app in eclipse. Am I correct. It should be inserted into my web app application in eclipse as seen in the attached. the path should be the same as the "web.xml" file as seen in the pic.

The "app-engine.xml" should be in the format of below,

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<appengine-web-app xmlns="http://appengine.google.com/ns/1.0">
  <application>barryhession10</application>
  <version>1</version>
</appengine-web-app>

given that the application ID is barryhession10.

Am I correct in my thinking?
