Crystal Infoview Locks up Internet Explorer

I have a couple users that can no longer successfully access Crystal Reports 2008 Infoview.  I have single sign on enabled and as soon as they connect via Internet Explorer, it locks up.  The only solution I found so far is to redo the user's local profile on the computer but that is only a temporary fix.  The problem came back after a while for one user.  The users can logon to another computer and access it just fine.  So far this has happened to 2 of my users.  I have Crystal Reports 2008 V0 installed utilizing TomCat.  The users have IE 8.

Do they have IE 8 on all machines?

Have you installed the latest SPs for Infoview?

The last I heard, Crystal didn't support any of the products on IE8.  It will work but they expect issues and are working too fix them.

Yes, I have IE 8 on all machines.  So far only 2 computers have an issue.  I don't know of any service packs for crystal 2008 v0.  Am I missing seperate service packs for Infoview?

i searched for the service packs and didn't find them.  We are on Crystal Server 2008 V0, not V1.  I haven't set a date to upgrade.  I got it working using Firefox.
