I have a couple users that can no longer successfully access Crystal Reports 2008 Infoview. I have single sign on enabled and as soon as they connect via Internet Explorer, it locks up. The only solution I found so far is to redo the user's local profile on the computer but that is only a temporary fix. The problem came back after a while for one user. The users can logon to another computer and access it just fine. So far this has happened to 2 of my users. I have Crystal Reports 2008 V0 installed utilizing TomCat. The users have IE 8.
