Winlogon.exe and Legacy API Shutdown

Microsoft Small Business Server Service Pack 2 has been shutting down lately.  There seems to be an event in the event viewer with event id 1074 - Here are the contents -

The process winlogon.exe has initiated the power off of computer NASHUA01 on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Legacy API shutdown
 Reason Code: 0x80070000
 Shutdown Type: power off
 Comment:

Any assistance on this event and what caused the Legacy API Shutdown to happen would be greatly appreciated.
