Exchange 2007 OWA Reply email is indented

We have a single employee that has a peristant indention when she replies to any email in HTML format.  If she switches to text format its fine.  No matter what browser she uses or on what computer, any reply using OWA has an indention, as if she tabbed over to start the conversation.  She is unable to backspace either.

Any ideas on fixing this issue?

No, in Outlook client replies are fine, no indention.  If she replies to email in OWA that was sent to her in txt format, no indention.  If it's HTML, it's indented.
Outlook - Replies are fine to either txt or HTML format, no indention.
OWA - Replies to a txt formated email, no indention.
OWA - Replies to an HTML formatted email, indented everytime and can't backspace to remove the indention.
OWA - If she initiates an email, there is no indention in txt or HTML format.  Only replies have indention.

I'll try what you suggesting and hit ya back...
