Internal Server Error 500 for OWA 2003 SP2 user when opening some rescheduled meeting requests.

We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 in FE/BE configuration on Windows 2003 servers and a small number of users get "HTTP 1.1 500 Internal Server Error" only when opening a meeting request that has been rescheduled. The rescheduled meeting request creates this error, and thus, the user cannot accept/decline the meeting request unless they use a standard client like Outlook 2Kx. The same meeting request can be opened/accepted/declined etc.. by other users via OWA but not a select few. Other than this problem, the user's mailbox seems normal. Is there any way to fix this problem. I have looked all over the Internet and the few spots I found this particular problem were either un-answered or one guy just moved to Exchange 2007 as the "Fix". HELP Please....

I believe it is all related to Permissions on your IIS server. Please compare you permissions on OWA vityual Directories with standard deployments and see if there is something missing. Could be restrictions on users or computers.
