BES 4.1 calendar does not sync either way

BES 4.1.17 MR2 with exchange 2003 sp2
cdo.dll version 6.5.7652.12
mapi32 .dll version

about 3 weeks ago the blackberry calendar stop synching  address book and email were fine.
a reboot fixed it temporarely.

Now the calendars refuse to sync
sent service books, resent IT policy, forced calendar sync

note: in the default policy PIM sync I cannot see and entry to enable/disable wireless sync for the calendar

the headers are:
mesage filters
message setting
certificate summery data

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try to copy cdo.dll and mapi32.dll from your exchange server to your Blaberry Server. Then on the BES, regsvr32 cdo.dll and regsvr32 mapi32.dll. then restart your BES (just the services).

Let me know.

I forgot to mention the exchange and BES are on the same box

I just went thru all the permissions again and they were correct.

I believe I got it

the services for the BES were set to login as Administrator
I changed them to BESAdmin rebooted and tested the calendar, works both ways
