How to Rebuils a Master database with differnt collation settings?

Syntax1:
ait <path>\setup.exe [/qb | /qn] {VS=<VSName>} INSTANCENAME=<InstanceName> REINSTALL=SQL_Engine REBUILDDATABASE=1 ADMINPASSWORD=<Current_Domain_User_Password> SAPWD=<New_Password> SQLCOLLATION=<NewSystemCollation>
Syntax2:
start /wait <path>\setup.exe [/qb | /qn] {VS=<VSName>} INSTANCENAME=<InstanceName> REINSTALL=SQL_Engine REINSTALL MODE=v ADMINPASSWORD=<Current_Domain_User_Password> SAPWD=<New_Password> SQLACCOUNT=< Current_Domain_service_id> SQLPASSWORD=< Current_Domain_User_Password > AGTACCOUNT==< Current_Domain_service_id>

Which one should Iuse in this?, I read that without ReinstallMode=v wil throw an error.
Can some one provide me with exact syntax I have to run in the cmd prompt in the setup.exe path?

My server is running unsing inbuilt system account and dont have the domain id or pswd.
So what I have to use in the syntax wher eit is asking for thse?
