I am receiving the following error when running full and incremental backup jobs for our Primary Domain Controller.

V-79-57344-65247 <http://eventlookup.veritas.com/eventlookup/EventLookup.jhtml?EvtID=V-79-57344-65247>  - A failure occurred reading an object.
WARNING: "Shadow?Copy?Components\System?State\System Files\System Files" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

I tried some trouble shooting tips found on the web, still no joy. Has anyone run into this, would really appreciate some assistance. Thank you in advance!

Run a backup of the SYSTEM STATE using NTBACKUP to isolate if the issue is with the SYSTEM STATE

Refer to the following article
Backup of a Windows Server 2003 System State with Backup Exec 11d fails  with final error: 0xe000fedf - A failure occurred reading an object.
