Upgrade Exchange 2003 SP1 to Exchange 2003 SP2

We want to upgrade our Exchange Server to SP2, is there anything we need to uninstall before we can upgrade?
We meet the minimum requirement, but when i try to install it, it is asking us to uninstall the earlier version of the Exchange Intelligent Message Filter.

I want to make sure this is okay before i move forward in uninstalling any components in my exchange server.  Can anybody provide Step by Step instructions on the upgrade?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935916 has some ideas. Granted, it's written for SBS2003, but the same process should apply.
