Exchange server SBS 2003mailboxes quota limits

Dear Sir,
               I have SBS server 2003 ,want to know some points regarding same:-
1) How many total users can i create in SBS 2003 with mailboxes and without mailboxes.
2) what should be the maximum recommended limit for each mailbox .how should i assign this limit for mailboxes for each user.
3) what is a right process to archive the mailboxes.

Answer to question 1 > as many as younlike, there is no limit.

Answer to question 2 > The limits should be set as required for your business some will be happy with small mailboxes some will need large mailboxes.
It's very difficult for us as experts to determin what is best for your company.

I normally take the 75GB limit in Exchange 2003, take say 15GB of for a backup plan and decide the remaining 60GB between the amount of users I have.  This then gives me the maximum for each mailbox.  I the set a limit based on this.

Answer to question 3 > there is no built in archiving function so you will either need to setup autoarchiving in Outlook, educate your users to archive manually or use a 3rd party tool to do it for you.
