"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Answer to question 1 > as many as younlike, there is no limit.

Answer to question 2 > The limits should be set as required for your business some will be happy with small mailboxes some will need large mailboxes.
It's very difficult for us as experts to determin what is best for your company.

I normally take the 75GB limit in Exchange 2003, take say 15GB of for a backup plan and decide the remaining 60GB between the amount of users I have.  This then gives me the maximum for each mailbox.  I the set a limit based on this.

Answer to question 3 > there is no built in archiving function so you will either need to setup autoarchiving in Outlook, educate your users to archive manually or use a 3rd party tool to do it for you.
