Since the Avaya IP Office 412 phone system upgrade to 4.2 software we lost a great call park feature.

You had a call parked for you, so you go to any phone with call park button and when you press the button it would display the calling number. With that you could screen the call. Since the upgrade we do not get that any more. If you touch the call park button you get the call that is there without the option of seeing the number before you pick it up. I can't seem to find anything now in programming that will make the call park feature act like it use to.

yes, that happens with upgrades!  The latest version 6 goes back to your preferred method, so it's worth updating again.
