Exchange 2007 Error #571 BADDNS

One of our clients are getting a bounce back from an organization in which they deal with. The bounce back states: #571 Reputation Violation for User (BADDNS)

It's the receiving server that is rejecting it, what needs to be changed on the sending server?

Thanks in advance!
