IIS6 and Exchange 2007 wont redirect anymore

Today we reinstalled a SSL cert, and after resetting the IIS server, I noticed that it will no longer redirect to a URL specified.  It says that it is correct, however it doesnt. I also noticed that when i set it back to the wwwroot dir to take the redirect off, and apply....it then goes back to the redirect option.

See the screenshot attached.  Any reason why it wouldnt be redirecting, and why I now cannot remove it? lol, so interesting...

The redirection seems to be fine.
What is the error message that you get in IE when the redirect fails?
If it is not re-directing, you should get the 'Under Construction' page that we usually get when we browse the "Deffault Web Site".

Check if you have SSL forced on the "Default Web Site". If 'Yes', then remove it.

Let us know how it goes.
