Offline Files Disable by default

the Enable offline file button is disable by default. Check the local group policy, nothing configure it off. Any ideas or suggestions are deeply appreciated.

Add DWord to reg:  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\NetCache\Offline - DWord=Enabled  Value=1

Be sure the DWord: Enabled for reg is value is 1 - Location = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\NetCache

Enabled is Allow or Disallow use of the Offline Files feature policy.

check the share on the server, properties, make sure 'disable offline files' is not checked (on the share itself)
