FTP from a VB.net 2008 program

Hello Everyone,

Using Visual Studio 2008, writing a VB.Net program (win forms)
I need to FTP a file  to an FTP server.

I retrieve the location and name  of the file that I want to FTP from a database,
I then need to update a txt file with the location and name of the file. (ABC.txt)
and then execute:

ftp-s:ABC.txt
pause

Where ABC.txt is the text file that I updated.

ABC.text
will have :

open ftp.SomeServerName.edu
user
password
put  TheFileLocation and the File Name
close
quit

Thanks in Advance,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
