You should have a pubic directory/folder on your server with write permissions for everyone.  Or depending on your scanner, you may be able to set up each user where they can scan to their user directories instead.  All your options are more than likely configured on your scanner or software.

Yes, we do have a shared folder. But I can not find out where are the options on the Sharp Scaner.
You need to log in to the copier as administrator.
open a web b rowser and put the IP address of the copier as the address.
login with username admin password admin.
