REP-3000 error vncserver xhost +

I am getting REP-3000 error and when I set display(in my env file which will stay) and issued xhost + command, its working fine
but when I closed my session... I am getting the same REP-3000 error again
I have vncserver up and running .... after I closed my session... vncserver is up and running without any issues
I tried by logging into vncviewer to the same port :1 and then Issues xhost +... but even then, If I am closing my session all gone....

any advice will be greatly appreciated... working for 2days on this.. probably missing a small change

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing.
