How to join workstations in the Active Directory domain without having Administrative rights?

I want to delegate right to a particular user who will have the only right to join workstation in to the Windows 2003/2008 domain. I don't want to give the user Administrative rights. How to do this?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In Active Directory, right-click on the domain name and select "Delegate Control".  Follow the wizard that pops up choosing "allow user to join computers to the domain" and then select groups/users that can have that permission.
