"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the exchange server is configred to use a valid internal DNS server.
Check the DC's are too.

Can you run DCDIAG and NETDIAG on the Domain Controllers and post the results.

My Domain controllers where not on the correct Domain OU, when the install was trying to verify against that OU it was empty hence  the error of cannot find the DC OU, by default Windows Server 2003 stores the computer account for all domain controllers in the Domain Controllers organizational unit (OU) to which the Group Policy Object named Default Domain Controllers Policy is linked, my DC's where all located in an OU called servers that we created and where all the servers are stored in. thanks for your help running the DIAG on my DC guided me to this error.
