Replicating Public Folders - Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 Transition
I am attempting to replicate public folders from a 2003 Exchange server to an Exchange 2010 server in order to proceed with decommissioning the 2003 Exchange server.
I attempt to run pfmigrate.wsf /S:OLDSERVERNAME /T:NEWSERVERNAME /R :F:C:\logname.log on the Exchange 2003 server (MDSVR02) and receive the following:
Could not find a Public Store associated with the Public Folder Tree "Public Folders" on server 'MDEXCH'. (note: server MDEXCH is the new 2010 server)
Something else I should note is that when on the Exchange 2010 server, when I went to move the Public Folder database to the data drive from the default C: location I received this error:
Summary: 1 item(s). 1 succeeded, 0 failed.
Elapsed time: 00:00:23
Public Folder Database 0313255994
Completed
Warning:

Have you tried using Exchange System Manager (on 2003 server) to add the 2019 server as a replica?
Could you please provide clarification/further instruction?
I have one specific public folder set to replicate (did so through the Exchange System Manager) to both servers, if that is what you mean.
