How to make SEO Friendly URL's in Joomla 1.5?
How do I enable SEO Friendly URLs in Joomla?
I have already enabled Search Engine Friendly URLs however my URLS are still too long:
http://www.mysite.com/products/8-category/16-article-name
I want it to be:
http://www.mysite.com/products/category/article-name
Some of them I also want them to be:
http://www.mysite.com/article-name
How can I get this accomplished? Please give me exact steps. I am using ja_purity as my theme.

I had already taken care of that.
The issue is that 1.5 doesn't allow you to manipulate the URL's so you want to find an SEF plugin at extensions.joomla.org

Any particilar SEF plugin? I am not able to locate the one that will help my needs.
I can't recommend one because every time I search for one I'm not happy with the choices either.
