you dont need to reinstall OS simply issue this command in run or in cmd<br />

control userpasswords2<br />
<br />
now simply disable what wrong you have done.<br />

I did try the run cmd- But since the user account has been turned into a guest account, access was denied, &quot;system error 5&quot;. <br />

The Admin account was disabled.

I turned off Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.<br />
<br />
Unfortunately, this turned my standard user account (Home Users Group) into a guest account.<br />
<br />
Now I can't do anything beyond a guest user can do, and I am effectively locked out of using RunAs administrator. I can't activate the hidden Administrator account (acces denied).<br />
<br />
What do I need to do to go back? Am I really screwed and have to reinstall the OS?<br />

I turned off Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.

Unfortunately, this turned my standard user account (Home Users Group) into a guest account.
