Apache is attempting to do a reverse lookup on the IP address 192.168.1.121 to find out the name of the server and could not.

Try adding something like:

192.168.1.121 myhostname

to your hosts file.  If running Linux it will be /etc/hosts, if running Windows it will most likely be C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.

You want to make "myhostname" what you want your Apache host name to be.

In your httpd.conf file do you have ServerName coded?  If so is that name resolvable to an IP address?

What kind of box are you running?  Are you running DNS on that server or the network?  If so start there.

Are you running Virtual Hosts?  If so check that you are pointing the server correctly.  Here is a link on virtual hosts: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/vhosts/
