email address field not shown in linked table in ms access

I am trying to import contacts from my public folder in exchange to access 2007 which is working, however it does not populate the email field.

however if i do the same using my personal outlook address book, the email field shows up properly.

any help

Lots of fields are left out when you link an Outlook folder as a table in Access.  I recommend using VBA Automation code instead, because not only can you work with all the standard fields, but custom fields as well.  Here is a link to a code sample database with code to import contacts into an Access table:
