In this case I was found  how to fix it. because  DNS of SIP wrong must add  service record _sip , _tcp and port 5061 then can authentication users.

Open Tools -> Option -> Click Advanced -> Select Automatic Configuration.

or else ping the OCS server and type the the FQDN of the OCS Server manually and select TLS.

Hi,
Could able to ping the server?
Is the problem is only for you or for all in office?

If only for u check this registry below and change it manually.
Kill the Communicator from Task manager and reopen after the change.

Check this registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Communicator]

"ServerAddressExternal"="XXX.XX.COM"

"ServerAddressInternal"="XXX.XX.COM"
