how to make disclaimer printed in all my email that is sent from my exchange 2003

I have exchange 2003 ,I made disclaimer by gfi mail essential ,then it cause some problem so i remove it, is there a program used to make  disclaimer other than GFI email essentail?

GFI is a free one and a very good one in my opinion,

another option is to use this VBS but note it will not work for internal emails

I don't know what was your issue with GFI but as a freeware disclaimer it works great
