Yes they are clean. And yes I believe it is an off-line copy. It seems the problem is coming from under the glass. Thank you for the response also.<br />

Yeah I was thinking the same but was unsure if I opened it, could more dirt get in than I am getting out. I also told him that it could be a lamp. Thank you very much nobus.<br />

1 of my users has an all in one Canon Pixma MP610 and has problems with the copier. To get a half decent copy he has to bump it up to 4. What do you experts think? When set on 1 it looks blurry. It looks as if something maybe on the light or on inside of the glass. It almost looks like there is a film over top of the text on the paper. I knew if I came here I would get the right answer! Thank you experts and keep on helping people because you guys (and girls) are AWESOME!!!!
