Script to automate the Run As option

Hello,
Man I love this site:) Ok, I am a fresh new administrator for a large organization. When I come in in the mornings I have to start three or four applications with admin rights to begin working. I do this by right clicking the app icon and then selecting the run as option and the entering my domain admin credentials. I know that a simple batch file can be created to automate this process however programming is not my background. What would be the syntax to automate this process? Thanks in advance for any help!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes the OS is Vista. All I am looking for is a script to automate the process of right clicking an application icon and having to run it as an administrator.

you can set the properties of the programs you want to run as an administrator http://www.onetipaday.com/2007/05/06/run-programs-automatically-as-administrator-in-windows-vista/ or  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922708 the programs you want to run as administrator i personally believe its a stupid design to protect user from malicious software.
what kind of applications you are trying to run like visual studio etc
