"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why don't you just set it to start everyday in the bios and then have a scheduled task to shut it down on the days you don't need it?

How i can scheduled it to shutdown in specific time ?
there is a third party application or what ?
How about just shutdown using the shutdown command, and set it up w/ task scheduler.
If you enter the dos box(cmd from the run menu), then enter shutdown /? it should tell you what parameter you need.  I think shutdown /s should be sufficient.
