is there any chance that there are other errors in the application or system log?  event 1000 is -extremely- generic, it's almost the catch-all for "we dont know what happened".
it may be because of version mismatch.
because while installing something msvcr80.dll may be replaced.

Ther is no other Application specific events on Event Viewer ( On both System & Application )
For the same server, due to the mentioned issue, we have uninstalled the SEP ( Symantec Endpoint Protection ) and Installed with SAV 10.

We already copied the "msvcr80.dll" from "WinSxS" folder to c:WINDOWS\system32 and tried to register by "regsvr32 ". Error produced is Attached

IntelopsAuthor Commented:
Issue solved by renstalling the file

As per the above link mnetioned, we have applied and tried to register, but the same error is thrown.

Wether we neeed to copy the  "msvcr80.dll" from "WinSxS" folder to c:WINDOWS\system32 and then register ?

Still the issue is persisting.
