AVG was the Culprit. &nbsp;Uninstalled AVG and installed MS Security Essentilals in its place and all is well.

I have a New Dell PC with Windows 7 Home Premium. &nbsp;Everything works fine except after using and closing IE8 all my desktop Icons are disabled. &nbsp;I have to log off and log back on for them to work again. &nbsp;any Ideas?
