I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, what's the full detail of the 7003 message.  at the bottom of it you may see the cause..

For example...

Have you tried applying the latest service packs to the exchange server and check the permissions for the services ?

Also what has changed recently on the server as this may be the cause of the error...

Was the server upgraded from 2003 to 2008?    If so this is not supported with Exchange 2007 running on it and is the cause.
