Exchange 2003 to 2007--Moving Administrator Mailbox

We are currently in the process of migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.  All of the Exchange 2003 mailboxes have been migrated to Exchange 2007 except the Administrator mailbox.  When I try to move the administrator mailbox to Exchange 2007, I receive the following error.
Database is mandatory on UserMailbox.  It was running command 'move-mailbox -TargetDatabase '<Ex2k7Mailbox>\<storage group>\<mailbox>

What do I need to do to move the administrator mailbox to the Exchange 2007 server?

Is there any reason that I should be concerned about performing the procedure that was outlined in the article you suggested on the administrator mailbox?  I wouldn't hesitate on a normal user account.
Even though I was performing the process outlined in the article on the Administrator account, I experienced no issues.
