Registering a dll

I am trying to register a dll without installing the full version of Microsoft Office.  I am receiving the following error message:

C:\Windows\system32\microsoft.office.interop.outlook.dll was loaded, but the DLLRegisterServer entry point was not found.  This file can not be registered.

Must I install the full blown version of Office or can I get around this?

Thanks!

You should be able to install only the "Primary Interop Assemblies"
This will give you more than just the DLL, but it's not full blown office either.

E.g. search for "office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies"
