Synchronize Personal Outlook calendar with separate work OWA calendar
I have an external user that remotely accessing his domain email address via OWA or TS. He has his own domain and associated mailbox. I’d like him to be able to synchronize his personal calendar into his work calendar, without synchronizing any other information in the processes.
I tried setting his options in the work mailbox to auto-accept all invitations, then have him invite himself to any appointment on his calendar, but this is both tedious and ineffective as it would not help him for calendar items originating on the work calendar that would also need to on his personal calendar.
Ideally, I’d like some service or process that could be started on demand that would simply copy from on calendar folder to the other, and be intelligent enough to not make duplicates. It would have to run on his personal computer, which is not in the domain.

OutShare is the right direction, but I'd like him to be able to do the copying from his home PC without the need to install anything on my domain TS. It looks like this solution would need a service running on both sides.
