Sync documents on Blackberry OTA (over the air)?

Is there a way, or an application, to synchronize documents from some sort of local foder (maybe in Outlook) or on the desktop wirelessly?  And by wirelessly, I mean over-the-air like BES.  As a last resort, WiFi might work but it is not the preferred methodology.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Well, I need some sort of the equivalent of the My Documents folder synchronized wirelessly.  The user wants to be able to edit documents on their desktop, and then have them updated automatically and then viewable in Documents To Go (Word, Exce, PDFl viewer) on the Blackberry.

Something like Notes, but Notes are very limited.

I don't see how Desktop Redirector would accomplish this.

So, there is no Blackberry application available to synchronize documents wirelessly somehow?  Not even a service to leave running, say, on the users desktop?  I would think this would be something Blackberry would do natively since they claim to be the 'business' smartphone.

Blackberry comes with Documents To Go which does offer a premium version for about $70 but it DOES NOT sync OTA you have to manually place the documents on your blackberry when you update them. Maybe in a few versions they will include this capability but not currently.

If you would be satisfied with syncing on connection you could follow this thread :

http://www.blackberryforums.com/media-center/140219-how-autosync-folders-files-between-pc-media-card.html

Which uses Sync Toy to set up syncing to your blackberry media card upon connection to a PC saving your users from having to manually copy over folders and files. I know its not exactly what you're looking for but right now its as good as it gets.
