4 Wireless Access Points netgear WN802Tv2

I have 4 netgear wireless access points, model number WN802Tv2, in the same building.  I would like for users to be able to walk around the building with laptops with seamless wireless internet connectivity.  Can I give all 4 access points the same SSID and passkey, and just change the frequency.  Will this work, or do I have to play with the bridge/repeater settings to get them to all work together.  Please help.  The laptops are DELL and windows XP or 7.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, it would work if you use the windows built-in wireless manager instead of the Wireless Manufacture's software. And like you said make sure you use the correct channels like 1 6 11

You can setup your netgear router as repeater.Have a look at the following  link to netgears website .the same basic setup should apply to your routers. If not it would be a good idea to invest in some repeaters .
Using repeaters there would effectively only be one ssid.

Netgear manual

There might be a  wired option in case the routers are not close enough to each other.
