Macola Pervasive v7- PO History table

Hello,
I am trying to extract PO history from Macola.
I have the dictionary listing that describes each table and found a parcular table:  POLINHST

The description says that it has deleted PO information.

When I checked this table it holds history information so now I am confused.
Does this table hold both deleted and history?

First of all I am not Macola expert...

Obvious scenario of moving information (PO especially) to history is following:
1) Identify records which should be moved to history
2) Move records to history
3) Delete records from original table (because we don't need them in live data any more)

So, I would say the description is correct but the history table does not contain PO records deleted from original table before their moving to history... E.g. when user creates a PO and immediately decides it was a mistake and deletes it. I don't see any reason to collect such POs.

BTW, the table name POLINHST could mean it contains just "PO lines history", so you should look for "PO headings", as well.

Hello pcelba,
Thank you for the response.

I actually want to extract PO history information from Macola into another DB.  However, I am not too sure which table to look at.

The description of the POLINHST says that it contains deleted PO information but I am not too sure how correct that description is.  I do not see any other table that pops out that would make me believe it contains PO history information.  Does Macola see history information as deleted records?

There is a SOLINHST table, and it's description makes more sense, it says : this table holds Sales Order history information.

The name scheme between the PO and SO tables r the same but with very different descriptions.
