Windows 7 Screen Saver GPO

I have a GPO to set the screen saver for all of our workstations.  The issue that is happening is the correct screen saver is set throught the GPO put when I right click on the desktop and click personalization and it shows the background, color, sounds, and screen saver settings it shows the screen saver to none until you click on the screen saver text and the screen saver settings box opens displaying the screen saver specified in the GPO.  Why is this?  If I set it manual on a workstation it displays it correctly in personalizations.

I don't know if it's a bug but that's the way it has to be. When you set a screensaver by GPO, it will show "none" on the Personalization page which means "you can't change it!" :)

Here's an example of one of our users. I took this screenshot today just to show it's the same here. The OS is Windows 7 Ultimate and the screen saver is set by GPO, also the GPO restricts the users to change it.

HI this kind out my range of experience GPO that is, but one thing
r/clicking the desktop  properties for the screensaver would be wrong, since the screen saver is not installed on those windows right?
You'd need to look else where,
