Exchange 2007 not sending message -- Diagnostic data

Here is what I get in the error log --

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: mailserver.DOMAIN.org

IMCEAMAILTO-Fname+2ELastname+40(address through dedicated tunnel)+2Ecom@INTERNALDOMAIN.org
#550 5.4.4 ROUTING.NoNextHop; unable to route ##

Original message headers:

So what is this message saying?  I am sending mail with an attachment to a facility where we have a dedicated tunnel setup for traffic.  I can send other mail messages but this extension seems to have problems.

Thank You

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
